Sonny has 28 years of experience working with the company, starting as a trainee surveyor and eventually becoming a director of the company. He is responsible for residential, local authority work and day to day running of our fixed termed maintenance contracts in the commercial market.
Andy Harris - Contracts Manager
Andy is responsible for the day to day management of our major retail and commercial projects. He has over 32 years experience with the company and is now one of the directors. His attention to detail whilst ensuring a project is on time and on budget is paramount.
Kevin Pateman - Building Maintenance Manager
Kevin is responsible for the day to day of all the building and maintenance work. Starting as a tradesman his 32 years of building knowledge have been gained from the ground up which proves invaluable. He also has extensive experience in managing costs, budgets and health and safety aspects.
Bryan Seago - Site Manager
Bryan is the ideal site manager. His enthusiasm for ensuring a project's success is contagious amongst the rest of the team - a true team player. He has maintained a 100% health and safety record, the welfare of the team is paramount as is the project at hand.
John Harvey - Site Manager
John has excellent technical skills. He is renowned as a problem solver and his skills are invaluable in developments where new technology and techniques are used. He is an excellent team motivator and prides himself on being able to complete projects to schedule and within budget.
